What Causes Delay In Periods?

I had seed with my bf on aug 2 .and I take ipill on 2aug 2014, my date is on 25aug. But I don t have period. But before a week I found some viriginal bleed but it s very little and only exist for a day. I was totally confused is there any chance of pregnancy.
