What Causes Delay In Periods?

Hi, I took a generic Plan B pill 3 hours later after incident. I got my menstrual cycle a day late. There was another incident that happened, but I did not take the Plan B. I ve always had it arrive on the dot, now this time around I m exactly a week late, w/ dull cramps, nausea, and frequent trips to bathroom to pee. I went to the doctor to take a pregnancy test and it came back negative. What would you recommend next?
