What Causes Delay In Periods?

I ve been married fr three months now. There was a delay on the first two periods. But this time its more than 20 days late and I am worried tht I might be pregnant. My partner never ejaculated inside me. Could it be pre cum tht got me pregnant or is it just a long delay on my period?

I understand your concern.
Marriage sometimes changes menstrual habits,due to emotional/hormonal changes for a couple of months. But 20 days delay needs to be concerned of.
Yes, pre cum does have few sperms which can impregnate a woman. You seem to have that possibility,
you can get it excluded by home pregnancy test of pregnancy. If it is -ve, such a long delay also needs to be treated by a gynecologist.
