What Causes Delay In Periods?

I started taking birth control the end of February. I stopped taking it after one cycle because I am not having sex anymore. I got my period the end of March and have not had sex since the beginning of March. It is now the end of April and I have not gotten my period yet. I was just wondering if there was any chance that I may be pregnant.
