What Causes Delay In Periods?

I began taking birth control at the very end of February. The last time I had sex was the March 2nd. I went off birth control after one cycle because I am not sexually active anymore. I had my period while on the birth control at the end of March. It is now the end of April and I have not yet gotten my period. I was just wondering if there is any possibility that I am pregnant.
