What Causes Delay In Periods?

I have a question my lil sister has a baby but she 15 months . Now she had sex with her boyfriend and the condom pop but she was on her period she had it for 3 days when it happend the next her period ended its been a month now and she hast had her period is she pregnant? Also now she has a brunin feelin and itch feelin to down there what wrong with her

as she had sex during period,she cant get pregnant fr that particular act of sex...moreover she got her next period also...in this month...if she had sex during unsafe period...she can do urine pregnancy test and check...delay in periods can be due to stress,pcod,hormonal imbalance,overweight etc...
