What Causes Delay In Periods?

hello doctor,my last periods was on 19th june ie last month.& I am having cycle of 28days.expected date was 16th juny.today is 18th july & still i am not having my periods.why periods are late? & last month i had anal sex but my husband ejaculated out?is this related to my periods.
