What Causes Delay In Periods?

Hey I just took the pregnancy test and I'm virgin, my periods were supposed to come on the 18th of this month they didn't come,the thing is I dont wanna lose my virginity and I hear about those pills,If I take those pills m I really gonna lose my baby without having an abortion,My parents are strict if they find out they gonna kill me I also love someone else not this guy,So my question is If I get pills m I still gonna be virgin and m I gonna have an abortion ,I dont wanna lose my virginity :'(
