What Causes Delay In Periods?

i am married women and i have a 11 month old baby. i and i had Scissored when baby born. after that my period date was regular and the date around last week of the month for this month still not happened. i had sexual with my husband. what will be the problem and solution. now i don't want get another baby. kindly advise me,
