What Causes Delay In Periods?

Hi, my age is 26 yrs, Weight - 60kg,medical test done as per now - Dht-290, free testosterone -2.03, S.prolactin -13.31, CBC -WNL, Lipid profile - WNL, SGPT-44.3, S creatinine - 0.58..Medicine what I am having at this moment are given below - $
T augmentin Duo (625) , C becosule, T. Celin (500),after bf and after dinner. T. Isotroin (30) after dinner, T . Glycomet (500) after lunch . This is what medication I am doing . But this mont I haven't got my churms. Please guide me. Am I following correct medication.
