What Causes Delay In Periods?

i have a thyroid patient. Taking Elroxin 100 mcg. Married 7 yrs back. I had an ectopic preganancy operation on 24th October, 2010. Now I want to conceive. Doctor gave me some australian treatment of putting spurns in fellopien tube. He gave me capsule susten 200 to take. My period was on 10th June. till now I did not got my period. could you please let me know whether I may have conceived or it is just because of the above tablet which i am inserting in my vagina. I am 34 yrs old. weight 67kg Height 5 ft.
