What Causes Delay In Periods?

This my first time f using Althea Pills and this week is my free day and i am already on my 3rd day free but i don't have yet my period and i have sex with my partner on 12 of this month w/c is the last day of taking the tablet and there is no any withdrawal method weve done that night but that just once,1st sex while taking that pill and until now don't have m period yet i am so paranoid.do i get pregnat already Doc?Thank You so much.

Hello,

If you have not missed any pill from the packet then the chances of pregnancy are almost nil. No need to worry. The delay in periods can be due to post-pill amenorrhea. Do test your urine for pregnancy to be sure.
