What Causes Delay In Periods,breast Tenderness And Frequent Urination?

My last period was march 26th. I have a regular 6-7 day period. I have regular periods. My Bf & I had unprotected sex three days ago ( on a ovulation day ) he did not cum. But three days after sex, I started having tender breast, peeing more than usual, I'm extremely tired, I can't stop eating, & I feel like something is in my vagina. ( like a lot of thick discharge that isn't ready to come out ) Do you think I'm pregnant?

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. In the current scenario, your chances of conception are considerable even though ejaculation did not happen. This is because you had the unprotected intercourse during the fertile period and the pre-ejaculate contains enough sperm to cause conception. To clarify, you have to go for the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres ten days after ovulation, this is being the earliest way. Else, wait for your next natural period and go for a HPT 3-7 days later if you miss it. Further management can be accordingly planned. Hope this helps.
