What Causes Delay In Periods,stomach Cramps And Dark Spotting?

I have never been late for my cycle..but I am now 11 days late and have had several symptoms of pregnancy. This morning I had cramping in my lower back and stomach spotting only when I use the restroom and once black discharge. I m still having a Lil stronger cramping and feel exhausted... home test last week was negative.. confused and concerned.. help

Hello ma'am and welcome.

If at all you are sexually active and have had unprotected sexual intercourse a while before your symptoms appeared, then there should be no cause for concern. But if at all your confusion is due to the fact that you did not have unprotected sexual contact then the cause for your symptoms is most probably a hormonal imbalance caused due to stress, infections, various medications, anxiety, etc. Please visit your doctor for more conclusive information.
