What Causes Delay In Periods,tenderness In Vaginal Area And Breast Enlargement?

I am a week late for my period and I had my tubes tied almost 9 years ago I also have a very tender spot on my right lower side in my pubic area it actually is sore to the touch and sore when I walk. I have noticed for the last month that my breast are growing I have took two home pregnancy test and both came back negative

Hello,

Breast tenderness can occur during onset of periods. There is nothing to worry. Tenderness in pubic region needs to be clinically assessed for diagnosis and thus management.
