What Causes Delay In Periods,vomiting,body Ache And Headache?

My girlfriend takes a shot every 30 days to prevent pregnancy. She has not taken the shot for two months, and now she is abnormally four days late on her monthly period. She threw up today, her body hurts since yesterday, she is irratable, and has had head aches, and gets hot . Is she pregnant ?
