Hi,

May be due to an early pregnancy. Delayed period after stopping the treatment with ikaclomin could be due to an early pregnancy. You should have a pregnancy test done, if you are pregnant you will not require further treatment and should inform your doctor.

If your pregnancy test is negative, repeat the test in one week to confirm the result. If you are not pregnant, your doctor will advise you to start another cycle of ikaclomin at the same dose.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
