What Causes Delay Periods With Symptoms Like Cramping And Gas?

I am a 16 year old female and I haven't gotten my period in about 4 months, I am not pregnant and I suffer from irregular periods.I have symptoms of occasional cramping and gas, and I'm bloated I think. I take medication for depression and anxiety but Overall I am very healthy. Can this be serious ? Can I have cancer? Please help I'm scared.
