What Causes Delayed Abnormal Menstruation And Abdominal Cramps?

I started, what I think is my period, 13 days late. Tested for pregnancy on the 10th and 12th late days but both tests came out negative. On the 11th day I had reddish brownish discharge. I ve never had abdominal cramps when I get it and for some reason I do now. My blood is also a dark color. Normal cramping pain is worse. I took a plan b about 2 months ago. Could it be that affecting my cycle?

Hi, you have taken plan B 2 months ago and it can affect your cycles a lot. You should go for USG and blood examination to find out the cause of abdominal cramps. Till that you can take pain killer like Meftal Spas. For your delayed period you can take Maprate 10mg twice daily and wait for 5 days for menses to come. If not consult your doctor.
