What Causes Delayed And Heavy Menstruation Along With Backache And Headache?

Hi, I ve been using an app to track my cycles now for years, so I know exactly when my period starts every month... but this month, my period was late for about 4 days and when it finally started, I bled heavily for about a day and then it completely stopped. I ve been having cramps, backaches, headaches, and also been very shakey... Could you please tell me what might be going on?

Hi, I think it is normal to get periods within one week of expected date. But if you are concerned, you can do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy. It can happen due to stress also. Hope I have answered your question.
