What Causes Delayed And Light Periods, Swollen Breasts And Cramps?

Hello, just a quick question, I just want to see if it could be possible that i am pregnant? I got my period or what felt like a period 2 day later than my expected period date. I had swelling of my breasts , tenderness and also had small craming a day or two before my period arrived. I took a pregency test which came out negative, however i have been feeling extremely tired and also have some small cravings. We are trying to get preagent, we had sex everyother day while i was ovulating (dont know if this helps) the period was a normal 5 day regular blood flow to me. Just want to see what you opion would be. Thanks so much
