What Causes Delayed Menses, Nausea, Cramping And Brown Discharge?

I was late 2and half weeks late for my period then I started went normal done for 4 days and I still have nausea, cramping, and a brown pink discharge when I wipe. I had a cyst about 5 months ago an thought this was another one but I am still having problems even after I had my period. I cannoy lay on my stomach either very uncomfortable. can you help
