What Causes Delayed Menses Post Safe Sex?

Hi Doc, I want to ask a serious question. I had sex with my girlfriend and at that time she got her period. We used proper protection by using durex before inserting. I did not even ejaculated inside her. This happened on 4th of March. No its been more than a month, she has not hot her period. Can she be pregnant?
