What Causes Delayed Menstrual Cycles?

I am 41 and m married. My menses are regular. my hubby and i usually use condoms . I m not getting my menses this month. my hubby is sure that even with condoms he ejaculates outside so chances of being pregnant is not there. why m i not getting my menses?my bp is 110/70 and i m 5 ft.
