What Causes Delayed Menstrual Period And Blood In Urine?

Hello just wondering if you could help me with an answer. About 6oclock last night I went to the toilet to do a pee after I wiped there was abit of blood I am due for my periods but ever since than I have had no bleeding what so ever could you give me an explanation?
