What Causes Delayed Menstrual Periods?

hi doc iam 28 year old women married 11 years.but no kids last 3monthe bofore 10 dec i was done leprosopy dignos test.my tubels was totally bolocked and i have endometrosis grade 4th.so my problem is now dnt got periods.even my husband also not hear he is in abroad so iam worried about manopos so please suggest me y idnt got period these days
