What Causes Delayed Menstruation After Discontinuing Depo-Provera?
Hello I m a 21 year old female and I have a question. I been off the depo provera shot for 3 months I haven t had a period since I got off the shot. Went to go see the OB/GYN on November 24 2014 and she told me to take these 10 pills called medroxyprogesterone and I still have no menstrual cycle and now my breast are starting to get sore and I have major nausea I don t know what to do. Can someone sheed some information with me so it can ease my mind a little, it would be greatly appreciated.
Your symptoms might be a sign of pregnancy if you have been sexually active and had unprotected sex. If not sexually active, I advise to take a pregnancy test. If still negative for pregnancy, your symptoms are due to hormonal changes for incoming periods.
Keep in touch with your OG. Take analgesic drugs to ease your soreness. Apply alternating cold and warm compresses to your breasts.
