What Causes Delayed Menstruation After Taking Depo-Provera Shots?

Hi I recently got off the depovera shots and I haven t experienced a cycle yet and its been almost three months I m.also trying to concieve my second child the same thing happened before my daughter I hadn t had a period in moths then bam I was pregnant

I understand your concern.
Being under Depo provera for several months, body is under effect of high hormone , the menstrual cycle irregular/ stopped because of hormonal imbalance. After stopping the injection it takes time to come back to normal , that's why menstruation takes lo9ng to revert back to normal.
Usually after withdrawal of Depo Provera, return of menstrual cycle takes about 9-10 months after last injection & fertility is same as normal after 18 months at the most ,of last injection... And there is no problem in conception there after.
