What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Lower Abdominal Pain After D&C?

Hi I am a 25 year old female Ive had two miscarriages in the last 6 Months. It took me 4 months to get my period after the d+c. I ve bin having pains in my lower right-side for awhile now alongside with anxiety. Im quite concerned for my well being an pains.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Delay in menstruation along with experiencing pain in the lower abdomen following procedure of D & C could indicate 'pelvic inflammatory disease' (PID).
It needs to be evaluated by clinical and ultrasound scan of abdomen.
Kindly get the scan done and consult Gynecologist with the report for proper evaluation and management.
