What Causes Delayed Menstruation, Brown Discharge And Cramps?

Hi My periods are irregular and painful usually but this tine, it was very late, and I m only seeing brown blood when I pee and I m not getting cramps. I am sexually active but I ve had a pregnancy test last week and this week before I saw the blood, and it was negative both times. What could be happening? Regards

Possibility of hormonal imbalance or vaginal infection is more likely.
So consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination of vagina, microscopic examination of discharge and hormone levels.
Avoid sex for few days. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
