What Causes Delayed Menstruation Post Intake Of An I-pill?

I have an unprotected sex with my partner ..after ? I took an I - pill within the next 6 hour..after three days I got my periods..and I relifed that am not pregnant ...but this month my period is late..so please answer me whether there is any chance of getting pregnant even after I got my one period after the sex?

Hi,

There is no chance of getting pregnant as long as you did not have any unprotected sex after getting a normal period post intake of an I-pill. Delayed menstruation could be due emotional stress or physical illness, hormonal imbalance, inadequate diet, change of job, extreme physical activity and diseases of the ovary like polycystic ovarian syndrome, etc.
