What Causes Delayed Menstruation Postpartum?

I gave birth on march 29 ( and received the depo shot before being discharged from hospital. I also had unprotected sex then had mirena put in on may 13. My question is, is it normal that I haven t had a postpartum period? Or could I be pregnant? Btw I ve gotten pregnant 5 times on BC

Hello

According to the history you provide if you are not sure for your pregnancy you can do a bhcg blood test .If it is negative than no worries you are not pregnant.
