What Causes Delayed Menstruation, Spotting And Sore Breasts?

I am late on my period. About two weeks ago I had really strange spotting and now I have missed my period, my breasts are super sore my face is breaking out and I am having mild cramping on my lower abdomen. I have been constipated too. I haven t felt like this since I was pregnant with my daughter. I have taken about 7 pregnancy tests and they are all negative. Is there a chance I might still be pregnant?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease. If the several urine pregnancy tests have come to be negative, then pregnancy is ruled out.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile and ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
