What Causes Delayed Menstruation, Vaginal Discharge Along With Itching Redness?

I had protected sex on February 7th and i had my period in March but it was two days late and started with brown discharge and the flow was heavier than usual and lasted 7 days instead of 5. Then this month my period was due a week ago and still nothing. I m having a lot of discharge right now and vagina is itchy and red starting today. I took two pregnancy tests and both were negative. What is wrong?

can have pregnancy test and repeat after two weeks. can have blood test in laboratory. if all are negative then it can only hormonal problem,
