What Causes Delayed Menstruation While On Antibiotics?

Last month I had strep throat and the flu I took antibiotics for the strep and it cleared up. But this month my menstrual cycle didnt come I know it s not prgnancy because I haven t had sex. Could this be a result of my immune system getting back normal from my illness?

I really appreciate your concern, you do not have menses then it could be due to hormone changes and nothing to take anything with treatment taken or immune system, but of course it could be due to age and you have not given it here, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
