What Causes Delayed Menstruation With Abnormal Vaginal Discharge And Nausea?

Hi I m 39 I had mucous a half inch tinged w light brown 4 days before my period followed by more mucous w a light pink tinge followed by a dark light 2 day period I thought I was spotting well my period didnt come at all I m now 5 days late for my period I had light cramping headaches nausea some mild right sided low back pain with a heavy feeling in my uterus I took 3 pregnancy tests all negative I take 200 MG carb amaze pine a day and 1 1/2 tablets of oxcarbazepine 150 MG tablets a day I read online that can cause false negative pregnancy test results not sure what s going on my periods are usually like clockwork every 28 days

I really appreciate your concern, you are almost 39 years of age and in such age this type of menses is common due to pre-menopausal syndrome and this may not be conception and no need to worry about this some time such symptoms need to be managed with hormone therapy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
