What Causes Delayed Menstruation With Dark Urine?

I m late on my period and my pee is brownish/reddish? I have no insurance so there s a fat chance that I ll run to the ER. I m a over weight and been having unprotected sex. We ve been trying to have a baby for eight years after our first son. I ve had two miscarriages. LAST MISS-CARRIAGE was two years ago. Please advise.

In the current scenario, I think the most likely cause of the discharge is a transient hormone imbalance. Implantation bleed is a fresh bleed and happens around the expected period. Please see your health care provider for further management. You may need a sonogram and a pregnancy test. Hope this helps.
