What Causes Delayed Menstruation With Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi I m 2 days late for my period not sure if I m pregnant or not. My nipples are slighghtly painful and now I woke up early in the morning because of a sharp pain on the left side of lower abdomen lasted for like 5-10 mins. Then the pain ease a bit but still can feel the sensation of pain when I turn and toss.

I appreciate your concern but without the history of penetrative sex, chances of pregnancy is unlikely

I would advise you to check it by doing a urine pregnancy card test which can be done at home that comes positive after 10 yo 14 days of possible conception.

another method is transvaginal ultrasound to see for gestational sac

Sharp pain in left lower abdomen might be related to renal stone or colic, intestinal colic or musculoskeletal pain
