General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.

I can understand your concern for the delayed menses.

Mensovit tablets will not help you with delayed cycles.
Apart from pregnancy, amenorrhea (delayed period) can be caused by stress, emotional upset, hormonal imbalance, thyroid diseases, etc.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation.
You may be asked to do certain lab tests including pregnancy test on an early morning urine sample, if pregnancy and other causes are not detectable, then the doctor will prescribe you tablet medroxyprogesterone 5 mg to be taken once daily for 5 days. This will induce the menses soon

Hope this answers your query.
