What Causes Delayed Menstruation?

Hi had unprotected sex june 12 I suppose to see my period that same month but to my suprise I didn't mestrate that month, so I went to hospital to lodge complian. My doctor conduct pregnancy text for me when the result is out it was nagative. Up till now I havnt seen my mestration. What is the cause

You are not right way.......

When period delayed first thing ruled out is pregnacy....

Now after ruled out pregnancy search for another causes like ....
1.Stress and anxiety
2.Thyroid problem
3.Diabetis (RBS estimation)
4.Ovarian problems (USG)
5.Infection like PID (history and USG)
6.Obesity
7.Hormonal imbalance

According to cause further treatment guided ...

Take care ...

Consult gynecologist for pelvic examination...
