What Causes Delayed Period After Having Non-penetrative Sex?

My boyfriend and I were messing around. I m a virgin so he didn t penetrate me. He was rubbing his penis very close to the opening of my vagina, borderline penetration. He didn t ejaculate. I don t know if he had pre-cum or not since it was very wet down there. I was suppose to have my period last week , so I was 7 days late before we did this ( which was yesterday ). Is it possible I might be pregnant?

Understand your concern
To become pregnant full penetration sexual intercourse is required in which seminal fluid and sperm enter into genital tract and conception will take place.
So in your case chance of pregnancy is less.
But for safe side you should confirm the pregnancy by urine pregnancy kit /blood HCG , if period will due for 10 days from normal period date.
So wait for 3-4 days to come.

Other causes of delayed period: Excessive stress, change in dietary habit and life style, hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorder, ovarian dysfunction, etc.
So if pregnancy is negative you should consult the gynecologist for rule out the other cause after proper investigations like: full hormone profile, USG, Ovarian follicle study,etc.
Meanwhile
Start doing regular stretching and relaxation exercise, avoid stress, take healthy diet and fruits like papaya, orange, pineapple.
