What Causes Delayed Period After Having Protected Sex?

Two weeks ago, my girlfriend and I had sec for our first time. We used protection, and I even ejaculated outside of her. The condom did not break. However, her period falls on the 26 but she has not gotten it. She says that she has gotten cramps these couple of days but no period. We are extremely worried.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
There is no chance of the pregnancy as you have did protectd sexula intercourse.
Your period could be delayed due to hormonal imbalance, stress, change in life style and dietary habit.
You should wait for the period.
If your period will delay by the 8-10 days then consult the gynecologist and take progesterone pill to induce the period.
Take healthy diet, more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, drink plenty of water, avoid stress, do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you
