What Causes Delayed Period After Taking Unwanted 72?

hey.....if we had sex bt the sperms was not released into vagina bt still as a precaution my partner took a pill of unwanted 72...and according to her one month is complete of her regular cycle bt she is not geeting periods??/...wat can be poosible now?
