What Causes Delayed Period Along With Becoming Over Emotional?

Hello, I m 21 I am currently 30 days late for my period. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and all were negative. I m planning on taking another one in 2 days when I will be due for my next period in 5 days. I am super emotional and sensitive and tired. What do I do about the emotions?

There is nothing you can do about the emotions. It is hormonal. Good idea with a new pregnancy test.
