What Causes Delayed Period And Abdominal Pain While UPT Is Negative?

I have missed my period for 2 months now I have some minor pain in my abdomen and I had a bacteria infection and a yeast infection last month when I went into the clinic for a pregnancy test but then this month I also miss night. I went into the doctor and they told me I had no infection but then my urine test came back as negative for pregnancy what is wrong with me. should I be worried about not being able to have kids anymore ?when will I have my period again?

As u r not pregnant, focus on causes like hormonal disturbance, stress, and some medical disorders, like Thyroid. Your age has to be taken into consideration. Consider doing a USG pelvis for ovarian size and endometrial thickness. If these findings are normal then take a harmonal withdrawal bleeding test. After this a a detailed history and your age a plan can be made for your further treatment.
