Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

By taking a low dose contraceptive pills like Loestrin fe sometimes irregularity in menstrual cycle can be seen, sometimes you may have Intermenstrual spotting or you may have complete amenorrhea. But as you are having the complete contraceptive effect with the pills as suggested by negative pregnancy test you can continue taking the pill. If intermenstrual spotting is continuous you can go for antifibrinolytic drug which will control the bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
