Hi,
Clomid contains
clomiphene citrate which is used treat
infertility in women. Side effects of Clomid are nausea, vomiting,
dizziness, abdominal cramps, GIT upset, back pain,
vaginal discharge, inter-menstrual spotting, headache, insomnia, allergic reactions etc. Brown discharge before a period is usually harmless and there many possible reasons for it. Sometimes, it can indicate
pregnancy. In many cases, brown discharge is old blood that is taking extra time to leave the uterus.
This is usually normal if you see it at the beginning or end of your menstrual cycle. Again it may happen due to the side effects fertility drugs like Clomid. After Clomid, one of three things may occur- ovulation will be induced and you will get pregnant. You will not have a period and should do a pregnancy test. The Clomid dose may fail to induce ovulation. In this case, you will not have a period and will have a negative pregnancy test.
Take care. Hope I have answered your questions. Let me know if I can assist you further.
