What Causes Delayed Period And Brown Vaginal Spotting While HPT Is Negative?

2 days late on my period and only had brown blood when I wipe! Today it's dark brown with a little red! Took pregnancy test and said negative! My last period was September 8 and my cycle is 25 days ! Could I be pregnant and just need to wait a little longer?

I really appreciate your concern, no this can be symptom of pregnancy but you can not rely upon this if conception is highly suspected and in this situation better to get done the ultrasonography test because this is the only authentic test can be done, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
