Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think possibility of ectopic pregnancy in tube tied case with delayed period and dizziness.
AS YOUR TUBE Was tied , there may be possibility of tube recanalization and decrease mobility of tube or slight structural damage increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy.
Delayed period for 4 days, cramps, nausea, vomiting, and dizziness highly suggestive of ectopic pregnancy.
I advice you to consult the gynecologist and get the done urine pregnancy kit and Blood HCG. USG scan is best visual proof of normal or ectopic pregnancy.
Normal pregnancy should be manage accordingly.
Ectopic pregnancy should be treated by surgery like laproscopic or laprotomy.
In absence of pregnancy, premenstrual symptoms, PCOS and hormonal imbalance should be rule out.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
