What Causes Delayed Period And Frequent Urination While UPT Is Negative?

Hi, I am 19 years old. I am a virgin but my period is 10 days late now. My period used to be regular. I took the pregnancy test twice even though I wasn t sexually active it says no both times. I traveled to Florida by airplane twice and i guess my diet changed a little not much since school started. I also started to pee a lot frequently. I never had to do that. I would pee like 4 times a day now I pee more than 20 times a day. I do drink a lot of water but sometimes I pee when I don t even drink water. I don t know if I can be diabetic because I am not overweight. Can you please help me whats wrong with me? ta

hi lybrate user, delayed period could be because of stress or hormonal imbalance. but symptoms of increasing frequency of urination could be because of diabetes or urine infection or some pelvic mass you need to get investigated for it.
if I would have been your doctor I would like to do pelvic and abdominal ultrasound. urine routine microscopy, complet blood count, TSH.
